* A free registration option will be available to abstract presenters with accepted abstracts. Please, be aware that free registration fees will be waived to the first 30 successfully submitted and accepted abstracts from predoctors and clinical interns that are current SEI members.

- REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLITICY

Cancellations received up to October 17th, 2022 deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.- Cancellations received up to November 1st, 2022, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received after November 1st, 2022 or registered participants who fail to attend.
- No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
